About this screen
Free cash flow is the cash a business has left after paying its operating costs and capital spending. It funds dividends, buybacks, acquisitions and debt repayment. Free cash flow yield expresses it as a percentage of market cap, the inverse of a price-to-free-cash-flow multiple. Many value investors prefer it to P/E because cash is harder to adjust with accounting choices than reported earnings.
Results are sorted by FCF yield, highest first. A yield of 8% means the company could, in principle, buy back its entire market value in about twelve years from cash flow alone. Very high yields can reflect a temporary boost from working capital or deferred investment, or doubts about future cash flow. Compare revenue trends in the Growth tab and debt levels in the Profitability tab.
High Free Cash Flow Yield Stocks FAQ
Which stocks have the highest free cash flow yields?
As of the October 29, 2026 close, 435 stocks with a market cap above $2 billion had a free cash flow yield of 8% or more. The highest free cash flow yields were Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD), F&G Annuities & Life, Inc. (FG) and United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC).
How is free cash flow calculated?
Free cash flow is operating cash flow minus capital expenditures, taken from the cash flow statement. This screen uses trailing twelve-month figures and divides them by the current market cap.
Why do value investors use FCF yield instead of P/E?
Net income includes non-cash items such as depreciation, amortization and impairments, and can be shaped by accounting choices. Free cash flow shows how much cash the business actually produced, which is what ultimately funds shareholder returns.
