About this screen
Over long periods, share prices tend to follow earnings per share. This screen looks for companies that have compounded EPS by 20% or more a year over three fiscal years and also reported quarterly EPS at least 15% above the same quarter a year earlier, so that firms whose growth has already stalled drop out.
EPS can rise for reasons other than a better business: share buybacks shrink the share count, and a recovery from a depressed base can produce very high growth rates. Compare EPS growth with revenue growth in the Growth tab; when earnings grow much faster than sales, check whether margins can keep expanding. The Valuation tab shows the PEG ratio.
High EPS Growth Stocks FAQ
Which companies have the highest earnings growth?
As of the October 29, 2026 close, 227 US-listed stocks with a market cap above $1 billion had 3-year EPS growth of 20% or more a year and quarterly EPS growth of 15% or more. The fastest 3-year growth was at Innovex International, Inc (INVX), Central Puerto S.A. (CEPU) and Viasat, Inc. (VSAT).
What is EPS?
Earnings per share is net income divided by the number of shares outstanding. It shows how much profit each share represents and is the basis of the P/E ratio.
Why can EPS grow faster than revenue?
Rising margins, lower interest or tax costs and share buybacks all lift EPS without extra sales. These sources are limited, so very large gaps between EPS and revenue growth rarely last.
