About this screen
When the share price of a dividend payer falls, its yield rises. Some income investors look for established dividend growers near their lows to lock in a higher starting yield. This screen requires a yield of at least 3%, at least five consecutive years of dividend increases and a price within 10% of the 52-week low, which combines a record of rising payouts with a recently depressed valuation.
Results are sorted by yield. Stocks near their lows have fallen for a reason, such as weaker earnings, rising rates or sector pressure, and a dividend streak does not prevent a future cut. Check the payout ratio and EPS growth before relying on the elevated yield. The Filters tab shows how far each stock is above its low; the Performance tab shows how far it has fallen over different periods.
Dividend Stocks Near 52-Week Lows FAQ
Which dividend growth stocks are near their 52-week lows?
As of the October 29, 2026 close, 37 stocks with a market cap above $2 billion, a yield of 3% or more and five or more years of dividend growth were within 10% of their 52-week low. The highest yields were Hess Midstream LP (HESM), VICI Properties Inc. (VICI) and General Mills, Inc. (GIS).
Why do dividend yields rise when stocks fall?
Yield is the annual dividend divided by the share price. If the dividend stays the same and the price drops from $50 to $40, a $2 dividend rises from a 4% yield to 5%.
Is buying dividend stocks near their lows a good strategy?
It can raise the starting yield, but it also means buying shares the market is currently pessimistic about. Investors who use it typically check whether the dividend is still covered by earnings and cash flow before buying.
