The fund is co-managed by Invesco Advisers, Inc. It invests in fixed income markets. It invests directly and through derivatives in higher quality below investment grade corporate bonds and convertible securities that are rated between B- and BB+ by a nationally recognized statistical rating organization.
It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis with bottom-up security picking approach to create its portfolio. The fund seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Bond Index and the Bloomberg US High Yield Ba/B 1-5 Year 2% Issuer Cap Index.
