The fund seeks to provide investors with stable income, capital preservation, and long-term risk-adjusted returns through an intermediate-duration bond ladder that invests primarily in high-quality corporate debt issued by companies selected pursuant to the fund"s Bright Score methodology which the Bright Portfolios, LLC (the "Sub-Adviser") believes contribute to the common good.
